THE TORII
Make sure nothing touches the Torii, be it cables, poles or even cats.
THE MANEKI-NEKO
When a player obtains the Culture district indicated by the dice or chosen by another player, he or she must hang the Maneki-neko cat on the cable installed during that turn.
